Based on the real life events of 1612, Cold Light Singing was premiered at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2004. The play went on to tour venues across northern England and extracts were featured on BBC Radio 4's "Woman's Hour' and cable television station Channel M.

Surreal, fast moving comedy, influenced by Hollywood films of the 1940's and 50's which toured upstairs rooms of public houses in Cheshire, via public transport.
